When I walked out of the house this morning to go off to Connecticut my yard was filled with birds. Where does the nuthatch winter? I saw chickadee, blue jay, nuthatch, sparrow, crow, 2 red tails and in Ct. waiting for Molly to come out of the store a bald eagle flew right in front of me. It was flying up the Farmington River as though it were just another crow. I was too slow to get it's photo.
I am grateful for:
1) the telephone
2) friendship
3) my own movement
4) that I can still walk on the earth, that I am safe and sound
5) books
