Is this my first 365 Day Project Selfie? There were torrential rains today and I did not want to bring the camera out into it, so I only took 4 pictures today. This maybe the only one worth posting.
Tonight we went to a concert of the Village Harmony Teen Camp Singers. They did this music from the Bakka in Cameroon. Really fascinating music. They ended with a piece from the Ivory Coast. It was a really good concert. The kids were very talented and obviously having a really good time. They have 8 days to practice and then they go on the road for 3 weeks and sing in different spaces The kids came from all over the USA, from the Georgian Republic, Switzerland and England. It gives them this wonderful opportunity to learn about each other through music. Loved it!
